2015 Blog Goals Revisited

It’s the most wonderful time of the year, or is it? It’s the time to revisit the blog goals that I set for myself and the blog last December!

At the end of last year, I made goals for The Arizona Prepster for 2015! {you can read up on those here} I was very excited to see what 2015 had in store and I came up with five goals that I wanted to achieve with this blog!

One More Consistent Posting Schedule: I had stuck with a four day a week posting schedule but then fell into a Monday-Wednesday-Friday schedule that I stuck with for most of the year. I picked it up this month because of all the awesome holiday posts I just had to share with y’all!

Two Weekly Series’: I didn’t create any new weekly series, and after awhile, I couldn’t “keep up” with my Friday Favorites. However, I did come up with a monthly series “Motivational Monday”, so it counts right? {right}

Three Host a Linkup: I hosted my very first {and sadly, only} linkup in March! It was the Spring Break Linkup and I was so happy! I loved seeing everyone else linkup and share their Spring Break themed posts! I’m hoping to host more next year!

Four More Fashion Posts: I can say that I didn’t really keep up with this one. I did a bit the first half of the year but with getting a job in June, it really just fell off my radar. I feel bad that I didn’t, but towards the end of the year I tried to pick it back up. I tried okay?

Five Giveaway: I hosted a giveaway in July this year to commemorate The Arizona Prepster being live for one year! I was so thankful for everyone who entered and thought it was very fitting to celebrate the blog’s “birthday”.

Well, that is how I did on my 2015 blog goals. Stay tuned for my 2016 blog goals going up soon! How did you do with your goals {blog or not} for 2015?

      I feel like it's a way to hold yourself to them! I did the same thing with my New Year's Resolutions. I did monthly updates on them!

    I think you did a fabulous job on ALL of your goals. You have so much on your plate and did your best on each and every goal. I especially loved your Motivational Mondays and also your fashion posts! In answer to your questions of "does that count or I tried", most certainly does! Goals are goals but that doesn't mean they can't change or be improved upon and I think you did that well in the areas you needed to adjust. GREAT JOB!
