While on my Twitter, I saw someone post this ab challenge and they also posted a day 4 picture and a day 6 picture and there was already some notable differences. I decided to start this challenge today! So here is my “before” picture and the 30 day challenge requirements! In fifteen days I will do a halfway update and in thirty days I will show you the final results!

I tried to get just my abs, or lack there of.

I definitely think this is something you should try if you’re uncomfortable with your stomach area! If you do, let me know so I can follow your progress!
