Happy Thursday!

Winter is in full swing and that means it’s dry, well it isn’t here but usually that’s what it means! My skin is pretty “normal” but can lean on the dry side. My face gets especially dry when I get out of the shower. I’ve been trying to find a moisturizer that didn’t feel too heavy and didn’t leave me feeling like a greaseball. As Matt and I were perusing through Fry’s looking at moisturizers, he picked up this little jar and I said “hm, why not?”

So, enter the Garnier Fructise Moisture Rescue Refreshing Gel-Cream {wow that’s a mouthful}. It comes in a little jar and I was very excited to try it out when I got it. I fell in love with it the first time I used it. I had never thought of using Garnier Fructis skincare products; I’ve used their hair products before but never even looked at their skincare products.

Garnier moisturizing gel

This gel is a refreshing gel that gives your face the moisture it needs! I use it everyday, and I’ve had it for almost a month or so now. A little definitely goes a long way with this product. It has a cooling effect on the skin and leaves your skin feeling smooth! Plus, it doesn’t feel greasy or thick on the skin; when it dries, it doesn’t leave any residue on the skin.

The directions say to use it in the morning and at night and that it is for normal to combo skin, so if you’re more oily this might not be the product for you. If you are dry this winter, or ever, stop by your local drugstore or Target and pick up this beauty and rehydrate your skin!

What do you use to keep your skin looking hydrated and glowing during the dry months? Also, I promise to get back on my normal posting schedule. With the redesign it messed up my posting schedule this week!
